01Made-to-order apparel
Positive Talk merchandise is produced through print-on-demand partners. Most items are printed specifically for you once the order is placed. Please review the description, size chart, color, and quantity before paying.
02Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item, a product with a manufacturing or printing defect, or a different item than you ordered, please contact Positive Talk within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and, where useful, the size label.
We review each issue and arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying problems, subject to applicable consumer rights. Please do not mail anything back unless we provide instructions. Normal minor variation in print placement or garment measurements does not automatically establish a defect.
03Change of mind, size, or color
Because our apparel is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because you change your mind or selected the wrong size, color, or design. Please check your selections before checkout. This does not override any rights the law gives you.
04Delivery questions
If your package is missing, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assess a suitable resolution. Items produced by different print providers may arrive in separate packages.
At launch, merchandise is offered for delivery within the United States only. The applicable shipping amount is calculated at checkout.
05Request help
Use our contact form to report a problem with merchandise. Include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos when relevant. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive account information in a message.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We review requests in accordance with those requirements.
